The point of this is to share what I see and hear and taste and think about over the next 21 days as I traverse Spain from Madrid to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Salamanca and Logroño. I think it's important to capture this in real time (in a relative sense) rather than to piece together the many details upon my return. I hope you'll find some of this interesting. Teasers include at least one flamenco event and a visit to the great and mighty Alhambra Palace.
I'm typing this from the lounge at Schiphol (Amsterdam). My next flight takes me to Madrid in one hour.
